Couponomics: Identifying Client Profiles that are Responsive to Coupon Marketing

Summary:
The main objective of the analysis was to identify demographic features of target populations for the business, in order to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty by promoting with coupons. This research was done in collaboration of a team of three analysts and it involved the creation of a predictive model using XGBoost and the design of an interactive dashboard using Tableau. Our dashboard was created so that stakeholders can interact with the data easily and investigate trends that are relevant to them.

My Role:
I worked as the data analyst of the team, cleaning and performing exploratory data analysis on the data to uncover insights and trends, and determine the scope or questions that can be answered using the data available. Then, I worked as the vizualization specialist, creating our interactive dashboard determining the type of graphs and filters that best represents our findings. Finally, I was also project manager, proposing topics to discuss during our meetings to ensuring that we were meeting deadlines and completing deliverables in a timely manner.
